heartfull
i cried my heart out yesterday, i emptied it out. and in that emptiness i also found fullness. wholeness of being. i gave it all and instead of feeling empty, i felt full, heart full, of all things good.
I gave away that which made me sad, and in that space, I received everything that is happiness.
